    What’s a COVID-19 payment break?
    COVID-19 payment breaks delayed loan or credit card payments for three months. Payment break extensions were available to customers who had already been on a COVID-19 payment break, delaying their payments for a further three months. We stopped accepting applications for COVID-19 payment breaks and extensions on 31 October 2020.
