I’m getting an error when trying to access my 5 year transaction history on the Online Portal

If you see an error message when you try log in to the, make sure:

  • You’re using the password that corresponds with the username in your letter. Remember, if you had more than one Current Account with us you’ll have more than one log in.
  • You double check the characters. Some of them can look similar – like lower case “L” and an upper-case i” for example.
