How do I close my Internet Saver Account online?

For Internet Saver Accounts and Instant Access Savings Accounts, if your balance is already at £0 and you want to close your account sooner, simply click the link below and fill in our closure form.


  • Have your sort code and account number handy before you start
  • Download the form, save it to your device and then email it to SavingsClosureRequests@tescobank.com
  • It may take up to 30 days for your account to be closed
  • We’ll send you a closing statement when it’s closed, you don’t need to call us to confirm
  • Remember – only complete the form if your balance is £0


To return your balance to £0 you can transfer your money to another account. It is quick and easy to do this through our Mobile App or Online Banking.
