Can I continue to access documents online relating to my current account after its closed?No, after 30 November 2021 you won’t be able to access Online Banking or our Mobile App, so please make sure you print or download any statements you may need before your account closes.
Banking rules require us to offer you a record of your last 5 years of transactions when we close your account. So we’ll be in touch after your account closes to let you know how you can get a digital copy of this information if you need it.
You can request your last 5 years of transactions any time up to 5 years after the date we close your account. So if you need it in the future, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.Was this article useful?
