How will you settle my claim?

We'll settle your claims by:

  • paying you the cash value of the lost, damaged, or stolen items
  • arranging for repairs to be carried out

arranging to replace any lost, damaged, or stolen items directly to you.
If you choose a cash settlement option, we won't pay you more than the cost of repairing or replacing your items. Please note that we have preferential rates with our suppliers and that all claims are subject to your policy excess. Details on your policy excess are in your policy schedule.

This means of settlement excludes Home Emergency and Family Legal Guard.
