If your account has no outstanding balance and has had no activity within the last two months, you can contact us on Facebook, Twitter, or Your Community to arrange closure. If your account has been active within the last two months and/or you have an outstanding balance then please call us to arrange closure.
Once your account has been closed it cant be re-opened, should you want another credit card, you would have to re-apply. Once we close your account, you’ll no longer have access to this account via Online Banking or the Mobile App. However if you have other accounts with us that are active they will still be visible via Online Banking and the Mobile app. You will automatically be sent an annual statement on the anniversary of your account opening.
