• Do I need proof of my identity?

    All MoneyGram Transactions require customers to show a valid form of ID. You can present the following as part of the transaction:

    • Passport
    • UK Driving licence
    • National Identity Card

    For transactions of £800 or more as well as showing ID in store, you'll also need to upload a copy of your ID to MoneyGram®. To do this visit id.moneygram.com and follow the on-screen prompts.
