I think goods I’ve ordered are counterfeit

If you’ve ordered something and it appears to be fake, or you’ve received a letter from Border Force stating your goods are fake and have been seized, we may be able to reimburse you with a chargeback.

If you request this chargeback, we'll ask you to send us one of the following:

  • An email from the genuine brand confirming the goods are fake/counterfeit
  • An independent report from an industry expert
  • A letter from Customs/Border Force
