I referred my friend a while ago, but I haven't received my reward. What went wrong?
Please raise an enquiry so that the rewards customer service team can investigate and get back to you with a response.
As the Refer a friend scheme was paused on 21st August 2019, eligible customers will have registered before this date and will still have twelve months from the date of registration to fulfil their refers. Any customer who register after this date will not be able to refer more friends.
