I already have a Tesco Bank Travel Insurance policy but have been diagnosed with a new medical condition. What should I do?

You do not need to tell us about a change in your health or any new medical condition, until you purchase a new single trip policy or renew your annual multi trip policy. You must not travel against the advice of a medical practitioner or your public transport provider.
