How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment details please call the Customer Service team on 0345 673 0000*.To ensure we can access your policy quickly and make the necessary changes, please ensure you have your policy number and new payment details ready when calling us.

Please note that if you want to amend your payment date or bank details for your direct debit, we need a minimum of 7 working days notice.
