Why have you sent me a new PIN for my Instant Access Savings Account?

New regulations mean that we need to upgrade the card for your Instant Access Savings Account to chip and PIN. As a result of this we need to issue you with a new PIN, which you can change at any Tesco Bank ATM. Shortly after receiving your new PIN we will also send you a new card, which you will need to activate. This can be done via www.tescobank.com or by calling Customer Service.
