• I have a credit balance on my credit card, how do I get a refund?

    It is possible to get your credit balance refunded by calling Customer Services on 0345 300 4278, open Monday - Sunday 8am - 7.30pm.

    Sometimes when this type of refund is processed you may incur a money transfer fee in error. If this happens, please allow 7 - 10 working days and we'll refund this fee automatically. You can check your transactions by logging into Online Banking or via our Mobile Banking App.

      Unfortunately that telephone number leads you on a computerised merry go round with no way to speak to a real live person.. I tried it today

      Hi @essexboy, I'm sorry you've had problems reaching our Credit Card team. To speak with one of my colleagues, please dial 0345 300 4278 (Mon-Fri 8am – 9pm & Sat & Sun 8am – 6pm) then press option 2 and enter in your credit card number. If you don't have that to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through to the team. Hope you got everything sorted but please let us know if you need anything else.

      I am unable to call 0345 numbers from phone, is there another way I can contact Tesco banking with a credit card query?
