To manage your alerts, log in to Online Banking, click on your account and then select 'Manage account' on the right hand side.
You can choose what notifications you want to receive and set the method of communication to email, text or both, and switch off any notifications you don’t want to receive.
Please ensure your email and mobile number are up to date. You can find them under 'Settings' and 'Personal details'.
