To manage your alerts, log in to Online Banking, click on your account and then select 'Manage account' on the right hand side.
Please ensure your email and mobile number are up to date. You can find them under 'Settings' and 'Personal details'.
Once you’ve checked your contact details, select 'Alerts' from the left hand side menu and then 'Set up and manage alerts'.
You can choose types of alerts you want to receive and set the method of communication to email, text message or both, and switch off any alerts you don’t want to receive.

To receive alerts by text message, you’ll need to set up a text message password. This text message password is different from your Online Banking password, and it will be displayed at the start of your alerts so it’s personal to you and you know that it’s from Tesco Bank. You can find this under Setup and manage alerts in Online Banking.
Once you’ve set up your preferences, click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
