I don't recognise a transaction on my account?


Debit card transactions may appear under a different name to the shop they were purchased in, which can sometimes cause confusion. If you aren't sure of a transaction, we would suggest you look back through your statement to see if you have paid money to the same person/retailer before. They can also take a few days to come off your account so have a think if you have been anywhere different that this could relate to.
