How do I close my current account?We will be closing all current accounts on 30 November.
We will automatically close your account on 30 November 2021 if your balance is £0.00.
If you want to close your account before this date, you can complete our PDF closure form, or call us on 0345 366 8818* (or minicom 0345 366 6471*). If you need to close your joint account, either party can do this. Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you want to remove an account holder, both account holders need to be present when calling and pass security.
